OML-17 HCDT Launches Free Medical Outreach 2026 Across Host Communities
The NNPC/Heirs Energies Joint Venture OML-17 Host Communities Development Trust (HCDT) is pleased to announce the commencement of its Free Medical Outreach 2026, a comprehensive healthcare intervention designed to improve access to quality medical services for residents across the OML-17 host communities.
This outreach forms part of the Trust’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the health and well-being of community members through accessible, preventive, and curative healthcare services.
Healthcare Services Available
Residents will receive a wide range of medical services completely free of charge, including:
- Medical consultations
- Physical examination and treatment
- Eye care and free reading glasses
- Laboratory tests
- Health education and wellness sessions
- Counselling services
- Dental care
- Minor and specialized surgical procedures
Qualified medical professionals, specialists, nurses, laboratory scientists, and support staff will be deployed to ensure that beneficiaries receive high-quality healthcare throughout the outreach period.

The medical outreach will run from Thursday, 6 August 2026 to Saturday, 5 September 2026, with teams visiting various host communities according to the timetable below:
